The flight ✈️

• Flew from SFO to MUC on United for ~11 hours

Arrival & Marienplatz 🚐

• Took the airport transfer straight to the Aloft Munich to meet up with my friend Zoe
• Then took the train Marienplatz and grabbed some lunch at Yanji Malatang and a drink at Matcha Lab (I got a yuzu matcha, it was so refreshing 🍵)

• We walked around – There were lots of cute home decor stores and we stopped by the haribo store
• Also came across this espresso machine store, Zuriga – Swiss-made and made to order (had a wait time of 6 month when we asked 😳)

Asamkirche

• St. Johann Nepomuk, better known as the Asam Church is a Baroque style church built in 1700s

Dinner 🍽️

• For dinner we went to St. Ribs Restaurant & Bar – they specialize in various types of ribs, including St. Louis cut ribs, baby back ribs and prime beef short ribs (my favorite was the fries 🍟)
