Today was such a tiring day from walking and going up and down the stairs…after class and a quick lunch we went to the Notre Dame and climbed apparently 387 stairs to get to the top. From there you can see probably most of Paris and it is just breathtaking. We went to Sainte-Chapelle too and the art of the stained glass was incredible. And it was all handmade!

We had dinner at Polidor and I tried a small piece of l’escargot for the first time. The texture was very much like clams and the sauce was awesome! After dinner we had a night boat tour on the Bateaux Mouches and the view of Paris along the Seine River. The breeze felt so nice and as you are so absorbed in the scenery, you really feel that Paris is truly the city of love and lights.
