[Day 2 – Itinerary]

Manjanggul Cave
Aqua Planet
Seopjikoji
Seongsan Ilchulbong

[9:30AM – Manjanggul Cave]

Manjanggul Cave is a lava tunnel, of which 1km of it is open to the public to see.

[11:30AM – Aqua Planet]

These garden eels were dancing to Christmas music.

One of the main reasons why I wanted to visit Aqua Planet is for this huge aquarium that I always see on TV.

[12:50PM – Seopjikoji]

This place wasn’t actually on my list of places to visit but my taxi driver took me here.

We climbed up the stairway to the lighthouse to catch a view of the open sea.

[2:15PM – Seongsan Ilchulbong]

Seongsan Ilchulbong aka Sunrise Peak is a must go if you visit Jeju Island. At the top of the peak, you can see a crater formed from volcanic eruptions a long time ago.

For some reason I always wear the wrong footwear when there’s a hike. I definitely took my time hiking up this cobblestone road. Took me about 30 minutes to reach the top.

Stay tuned for day 3!
